Mueller, an auditing and consulting firm based in Chicago and specialized in establishing and nurturing business relations between German and American companies, held a two-day German-American “summit meeting” in Elgin, Illinois. One of the aims on the second day of the event was to present branches of German companies in the USA to the guests. Sonderhoff USA was one of the companies chosen for visiting, given the close contact between David J. Nissen, one of the managing partners of Mueller, and Holger Hülsken, CEO of Sonderhoff USA.
The one-hour tour of Sonderhoff USA’s premises in Elgin, Illinois, concentrated on contract gasketing, quality assurance and production of polyurethane and silicon sealants for foam seals and potting products. The visit concluded with lunch together, where everyone had the chance to network and make new contacts.
